Information on this site is provided for general guidance. Repair scope, timelines, and pricing are determined after an in-person inspection of your vehicle.
Estimates and authorization
Inspections and written estimates are provided at no cost. No repair work begins until you authorize it in writing. Additional damage found during teardown may require a revised estimate or an insurance supplement.
Insurance claims
We assist with documentation and communicate with adjusters at your request. Coverage decisions, deductibles, and payment amounts are determined by your insurance carrier and policy, not by Divine Dallas Dent.
Warranty
Our workmanship is warrantied for as long as you own the vehicle. The warranty covers our repair work and does not cover new damage, normal wear, or pre-existing conditions. Written warranty terms are available on request.
Rentals and transportation
Company-owned rental vehicles and pickup and delivery are offered subject to availability and the terms of a separate rental agreement.
