Step by step
What actually happens
Every carrier is a little different, but the path is consistent. Here is how a typical hail claim moves through our shop.
Free inspection and documentation
We inspect the vehicle, photograph the damage, and build a panel-by-panel record. This is the foundation of a clean claim.
You file the claim
You call your carrier or file online. We give you the details they will ask for, including the date of loss and damage summary.
We meet the adjuster
We meet with the adjuster at our facility and walk the vehicle together so the estimate reflects the real damage.
Supplements when needed
If more damage shows up during teardown, we submit a supplement with documentation instead of cutting corners on the repair.
Transportation while you wait
We arrange a company-owned rental or pickup and delivery so your schedule is not on hold.
Repair, quality check, delivery
We repair, inspect, and clean the vehicle, then explain the work and your lifetime workmanship warranty at pickup.
Straight answers
About deductibles and out-of-pocket cost
Some qualifying claims can be structured with no out-of-pocket cost to you. Whether that applies depends on your policy, your deductible, and your carrier's rules.
We will not promise you a free repair before reading your paperwork. What we will do is review your claim, explain what your policy covers, and tell you clearly what — if anything — you can expect to pay before work starts.
